General Terms & Conditions

Bookings
Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.
Little Bright Fox reserves the right to decline bookings that are not aligned with the values of the space.
Booking requests do not guarantee availability.

Cancellations
More than 7 days notice: Full credit or reschedule.
3–7 days notice: 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 72 hours notice: No refund.

Use of Space
The space must be left in the condition it was found.
Any damages caused by the practitioner or attendees will be charged accordingly.
No illegal activities may take place on the premises.

Safety
Practitioners remain responsible for their clients at all times.
Little Bright Fox is not responsible for loss, theft or injury during bookings

Children
Practitioners working with children remain responsible for safeguarding and supervision throughout their sessions.

Marketing
Practitioners may market their events and services independently.
Little Bright Fox may share events and services that align with the community and available marketing opportunities.

Payment
Full payment is required to secure all once-off bookings.
Monthly practitioner bookings are payable in advance each month.

Little Bright Fox reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to circumstances beyond its control, including power outages, water interruptions, severe weather, or emergencies. In these instances, an alternative booking date or credit will be offered.
